Coffee Machine
Coffee capsules for the coffee machine can be purchased in nearby shops. The use of the machine is free of charge.

Front Door Key & Room Key
For security reasons, please note that any loss of the room key must be reported immediately. In case of loss, we will charge the costs for replacing the entrance door and room lock cylinders, approximately €200.00 per cylinder.

Non-Smoking Rooms
We kindly ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Your future guests and we will appreciate it. The smoking area is located in front of the entrance to your rooms. In case of non-compliance, we charge €190.00 for room cleaning.

Parking
The parking spaces in our courtyard are available free of charge (subject to availability). If all spaces are occupied, please park along the street — but only in the direction of travel and on one side, so that emergency routes and driveways remain clear.

Smoke Detectors
Our rooms and the hallway are equipped with a networked fire alarm system. We can always see which smoke detector has triggered. In case of emergency, please contact the following numbers: 0173/2950879 or 0176/45802278.

In case of fire, dial 112.

Please refer to the map for restaurants, shopping facilities, and pharmacies.

Quiet Hours
Out of consideration for our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to observe the legally prescribed quiet hours.

These are as follows: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Of course, you may stay on the terrace after these times, but please keep noise to a reasonable level. Our neighbors thank you in advance.
