Coffee Machine
Capsules for the coffee machine can be purchased at nearby shops. The use of the machine is free of charge.

Front Door & Room Keys
For security reasons, please note that the loss of the room key must be reported immediately. In the event of loss, we must charge for a new entrance and room lock cylinder, amounting to approximately €200 per cylinder.

Non-Smoking Rooms
Please do not smoke in the rooms. Your future guests and we thank you for this. The smoking area is located in front of the entrance door. In case of non-compliance, we will charge €190 for room cleaning.

Parking
The parking spaces in our courtyard are available to you free of charge (subject to availability). If all parking spaces are occupied, please park on the street — but only in the direction of traffic and on one side, so that emergency routes and driveways remain clear.

Smoke Detectors
Our rooms and hallways are equipped with a networked fire alarm system. We can see at any time which smoke detector has been triggered. In case of emergency, please contact the following numbers: +49 170 4051040 or +49 173 2950879.

Quiet Hours
Out of consideration for our neighbors, we kindly ask our guests to observe the official quiet hours.

These quiet hours are as follows: 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Of course, you may stay on the balcony or in front of the house after these hours, but please keep the noise at a reasonable level. Our neighbors thank you in advance.
